Vacancy for Administration Assistant

University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, Department of Professional Healthcare Education

is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic administrative assistant to be part of their professional team.

The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours/week), working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

The department has an extensive educational portfolio which includes resuscitation, clinical apprenticeships, clinical skills, placement development, preceptorship, OSCE Training and a broad range of mandatory training e.g. Moving & Handling, Conflict Resolution and Medical Devices/Gases.

This role is to provide administration and clerical support to the Department of Professional Healthcare Education by working professionally /collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver an efficient and effective service.
