Things to consider
- Support the Senior Environmental in the production, review, and update of the Project Environmental Management Plan
- Be aware of key project relevant, current, and future environmental legislation
- Liaise with the community liaison officer and Client's representative regarding third parties comments on noise, dust and or other environmental issues
- Assists in production and communication of environmental procedures and notices
- Contribute to the project risk register about Environmental Issues
- Ensure compliance with on-site procedures
- Help co-ordinate and maintain the environmental training programme
- Promote environmental awareness on the project
- Be aware of the company targets for environmental performance and assist with the strategy to achieve them on the project
- Collate information from site and use to report on the project's environmental performance
- Assist with management of monitoring equipment, collect, process, and interpret data (Water, dust, noise, waste)
- Record and report all incidents to the Project Manager and instigate any corrective actions required

- Applicants require 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English

- Applicants who don't have the above entry requirements will still be considered on their individual merits where alternative and additional evidence of aptitude, such as extensive practical experience is evident
