Who are you?

We are looking for a pro-active, organised, and dedicated full-time Recruitment Officer to join our HR Team which is based at St Charles Hospital (and at other LCW sites), to provide a professional and seamless recruitment service to our candidates and internal stakeholders.

You will be the main point of contact for all recruitment activity across the organisation from the start of the process where you will advise on job descriptions and writing adverts through to issuing contracts to successful candidates.

This is a great opportunity to join our fast paced inclusive HR team who have ambitious plans for the future!

We're looking for candidates with good IT skills, who are competent in Microsoft Office, and have experience of working within HR, particularly recruitment. You'll have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively as you will be the main point of contact for recruitment activity across the organisation.

What's in it for you?

We offer a basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per annum.
