You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team to provide care and support to people who have been affected by neurological conditions, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

With previous experience from the NHS or private care as a Registered Nurse, you will work 37.5 hours a week, which will see you develop and implement strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways to support service users recovery.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment as you provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units, including coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, service user care and the clinical environment.

What you will be doing

As a Charge Nurse,you will ensure adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

This service operates 24/7 you will work shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Things you will have
  • Relevant experience as RMN/RGN/RNLD
  • Professional training in a related environment
  • Recognised Mentorship certification
  • NVQ Assessor Qualification
  • Values-based practice
  • Leadership skills
  • Have knowledge of dementias and Huntington's disease
