NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a strategic component of the Integrated Care System (ICS) across Lincolnshire delivering the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.

As a strategic commissioner we are responsible for meeting the needs of our population through commissioning high quality services. We seek to improve patient experience and are committed at looking at innovative ways we can improve care and offer more choice. Patients are at the heart of everything we do and it's important that they are involved not just in decisions about their individual care, but also in the decisions that shape the health services delivered locally.

In conjunction, with patient experience and the growing demands of our population; we are facing increasing financial challenge. We are required to reduce expenditure to sustainable levels (in alignment to the ICS 5 year strategic plan) which broadly fall into three types of scheme; system wide transformation, system wide efficiency, CCG only efficiency.

REGISTERED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS

FIXED TERM AND BANK REQUIRED - FLEXIBLE WORKING UP TO 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

The Lincolnshire Health and Care System has a focus on PREVENTION, PROVIDING PERSON CENTRED CARE, WORKING TOGETHER AND DELIVERING CARE CLOSE TO HOME.

The Covid-19 pandemic has more recently brought into sharp focus our need to continue to work better together and to provide enhanced and improved wellbeing support to our population and workforce, irrespective of the setting or organisation.

Over the past 18 months we have experienced courage, determination, resilience, humility and witnessed people going above and beyond their usual duties and responsibilities from across the health and care workforce to ensure the vaccination programme across Lincolnshire is a success.

As we move into our next phase of the programme, we continue to strive to increase our capability to deliver even more vaccinations through our Mass Vaccination Centres, Local Vaccination Centres and Roving Models and require your support and expertise and commitment to help us help our local communities and population.

We are therefore looking to increase our capacity amongst the registered healthcare professional cohort and can offer both fixed term and bank opportunities and flexible hours up to 37.5 hours per week.

In return, we can offer you new career/job opportunities, training and skill development and the necessary PPE to keep you and the people around you safe and well, competitive pay, placements at various locations across Lincolnshire and the chance for you to directly help your community.
