A great client of ours locate to Witham is looking to take on a Trainee Administrator Apprentice as soon as possible to join their growing team. This is a Monday to Friday role working 8.00am - 6.00pm with an hours lunch and paying an apprentice's starting wage of GBP4.15 in your first year.

Job Overview:

This role's key responsibility will be to assist in achieving a constant flow of all administration duties across the depot and maintain a high standard of invoicing to our customers.
Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities for this Trainee Administrator Apprentice:

Day-to-day invoicing for the depot, to include warranty, retail, contract work and any other types of invoicing
Along with your colleagues, ensure all month-end Work In Progress levels are within agreed targets
Assisting with the daily running and administration of depot
Time loading and workshop wages
Service reception cover
MOT bookings
Sublet order no's
General duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your line manager
Filing of paperwork as required
Admin support
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) qualification in Maths and English
Well-organised with skills to prioritise effectively
Admin and secretarial basic skills
Excellent accuracy and numeracy levels
IT literate
Excellent customer care
Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
Ability to work as part of a team
