The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position of a Recruitment Consultant potentially available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining longstanding candidate relationships
  • Speaking with candidates over the phone about prospective roles
  • Resourcing suitable candidates for new vacancies
  • Advertising new jobs on a variety of platforms
  • Searching for suitable candidates on LinkedIn and candidate job boards
  • Screening candidates in regard to their relevant skills, availability, location and salary expectations
  • Providing administrative support for the full recruitment process including, sending out job descriptions and confirming interviews

  • Permanent role available at the end of the apprenticeship providing the successful candidate continues to impress throughout the apprenticeship
