Graduate Business Development Representative Package:

Graduate Business Development Representative Role:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering in order to promote the full company product portfolio and have valuable conversations with clients
Research prospect clients, identifying and attracting new sales leads in target sectors, and qualifying key external decision makers and influential stakeholders in order to grow the company's customer base
Acting as initial point of contact, perform regular outreach via phone calls, e-mails and social channels to assigned accounts and self-generated leads, in order to create new business opportunities
Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified sales meetings for senior members of the team- once you are confident in the role you will run some of the meetings you book
Maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, communicating and presenting the company offering and seeking any up-sell opportunities
Ensure the company CRM system is kept up to date with information throughout the sales cycle, as well as client details
Graduate Business Development Representative Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Target driven
Organised, with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Team player, who can also work autonomously
