Looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Apprentice to join our team. The successful applicant will be working on behalf of our clients, telephone researching and collating information to update our clients' databases. The calls are to other businesses with the aim of preparing the data for the next phase of the campaign, which will be passed to our talented team of Telemarketers. It is important to be quick to adapt and be comfortable working and speaking to a variety of contacts.

This role is the beginning of the chain for a successful telemarketing call and is integral to ensuring our clients' needs are met. The role is a vitally important part of a successful roll out of a whole marketing campaign.

* Experience in telephone calling preferable e.g. Contact/Call Centre Operative, Telephone Researcher, Telephone Customer Service Advisor/Executive, Reception.

* Able to ask questions quickly and clearly, and record answers accurately on our CRM system.

* Use of the phonetic alphabet to clarify spellings.

* Basic PC skills (especially web browsing)

* Quick and accurate keyboard skills

* Some familiarity with Word or Excel preferred (not essential)

* Strong team player with a positive attitude to new tasks and experiences.

* Ability to work at speed/pace and still be accurate

* Motivation to make dial targets to achieve customers expectations

* Grade 4 minimum in GCSE Maths and English

Progression :

* Whilst the role is for a telephone researcher there is a progression opportunity to become part of the Telemarketing Executive team.

You will be enrolled on an apprenticeship course for Customer Service plus Sales Level 3, whilst also receiving 'on the job training'.

Salary wise Team Telemarketing are committed to fair pay rates and will offer minimum wage for your age NOT the apprenticeship minimum
