Are you a recent post grad looking to start a career in data analytics? Our Pricing & Analytics team have a very exciting opportunity for post graduate Analysts to join the department!

This is an important position within the team. You will have no previous working experience as an Analyst. The ideal candidates will have great problem solving skills, with the ability to understand programming and hold a numerate degree or Computer Science degree.

The role of the Analyst

The role covers a wide range of data activities such as creating dashboards and reports, analyzing operational performance, automating business processes, and performing operational analytics using machine leaning algorithms and other analytical techniques.

Principle Accountabilities of an Analyst

Create dynamic dashboards by extracting raw data and converting it into easy to understand tables and graphs.
Perform bespoke data manipulation and extracts as required by stakeholders across the business
Design champion challenge's or other trials to test improvements on our operational processes, and deliver the analysis in a monthly forum.
Automate the production of reports, dashboards and other manual tasks
Analyse data obtained from third parties to identify any value or improve business processes.
Use a variety of machine learning algorithms to build scorecards and design segmentation to improve and optimise the efficiency of operational strategies.
Work with Operational stakeholders and CMS clients to understand and delivery their data and analytical needs.
Perform desk research to find new R packages that will help solve problems, or improve processes.
Continuously improve your own skill set by learning new coding or analytical techniques from fellow colleagues, or online tuitions
Work with your analytical colleagues to share new skills or techniques discovered
Ensure all data used is managed securely, maintained appropriately and analysed correctly in line with Data Protection legislation and industry regulation.
