We are looking for a dynamic,enthusiastic and resilient graduate who's looking to start their sales career and join are well established inward bound sales team based in Old Trafford.

Role Summary:

To be a point of contact for customers who have queries about products, orders and general sales enquiries. Maintain appropriate quality control measures to optimize sales performance whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Core Responsibilities:

* Answer the telephone promptly and in a professional and polite manner

* Deal with telephone enquiries or refer to the appropriate colleague

* Process quotes and orders via email or telephone within 24 hrs of receipt

* Identify opportunities to 'upsell' products

* Offer alternative products to customers wherever appropriate to do so

* Make outbound telephone calls to sell products and retain a close relationship with all customers

* Stay up to date with new products and offers

* Achieve monthly and yearly KPI'S and targets as agreed with Sales Manager

* Any other duties as directed by the Sales Team Manager

* Retain business, referring leads and any other opportunities

* Qualify customers in a structured manner introducing them to items which match their requirement financially and efficiently - ensuring the quotes are compiled accurately

* Email quotes to customers in a timely and efficient manner

* Process refunds when necessary

* Update Management Information System with full accurate and relevant notes at all times

* Ensure the CRM has all relevant customer information to enable its proper use

* Be proficient in the use of all office IT and communication systems

* Attend and participate fully in team meetings and training sessions

* All communications are to be of a professional standard and in-keeping with the company values and brand

* Maintain strong and healthy relationships with the Operational Team

* Challenge the sales process in a constructive way to seek better and more effective ways of working

* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
