My well-established national client is seeking an ambitious individual who is looking to learn, develop, be part of a team and build a long-term career within customer service. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL

They have 33 sites throughout the UK, employ 2500 members of staff, and complete 400,000 deliveries per year. Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking a trainee customer service executive to join their team based in Coalville.

Day to day duties will include - full training provided

* Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries

* Working to customer KPI's on performance and resolutions

* Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time

* Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution

* Logging all enquiries into in house system

* Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face

* Building relationships

* Providing solutions

Working hours are Monday - Friday 07.00 - 17.00 / 08.00 - 18.00 (45 hours per week).
