About the apprenticeship

Duties

Assisting with the preparation of the day- to- day production plans for each department.
Preparing daily stock sheets and daily manufacturing requirements
Assisting in the improvement and maintaining of the current planning programme
Liaising with the sales department and development kitchen around incoming orders and delivery dates
Liaising with the production managers around availability of stock etc
Working on excel spreadsheets

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well as part of team and also able to work on their own initiative.

Who are flexible in their outlook .

Good communication and interpersonal skills skills are important being able to communicate with all levels of the business as well as having a good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets

We are looking for people who have ambition and want to progress within the business.

People who already possess some of the skills we are looking for and want to be able to progress within a well-established manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

GCSE level C in English and Maths.

Any previous planning and scheduling experience would be useful but not essential
