A vacancy has arisen for a Resource Coordinator.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated people to join our pro-active and growing team.

The team currently resources for EMS, NEPTS, and CCC staff.

The post holders' primary responsibility will be to create and manage production of staff rosters and performance/management information - planning Annual Leave, Training and Sickness. The post holder will report to the resource planning Manager.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of English & Mathematics GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications and relevant IT/Administration qualification (Level 2 or above). There is a need for excellent communication skills due to the volume and nature of calls received within the department. Excellent knowledge of 'Windows' based software packages including Word, Outlook and Excel is required. Knowledge of Rostering systems is also desired.

The post holder will be expected to work on a rotational basis covering some unsocial hours, this may include early, late and mid shifts, weekend and Bank Holiday working.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
