Events Assistant Apprentice - Wells, Norfolk
THE COMPANY
Swarm apprenticeships are working with a small charity with big ambitions located in Wells next-the-Sea in North Norfolk. They provide a variety of services which help our communities to live happier and healthier.
They host many health-related services, such as a Dentist, Hairdresser and Summer Renal Dialysis unit. But also recently added a Caf??, Fitness Classes and a Toddler Group - these are run by their staff and volunteers.
In order to maintain the Charity, they undertake events and fundraising activities. They have an annual Dog Show and this year have lots of music and food events planned in our beautiful gardens.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Events Assistant Apprentice will provide support to the team across all aspects, but will be predominantly assisting with organising, marketing, and delivering Events.
This exciting role will also enable the individual to assist in delivering fundraising activities, but also share ideas for their own fundraising events.
The role holder will assist in managing various social media profiles and driving interactions.
The Apprentice will need to provide administrative support, help in the Caf??, with delivery of groups, setting up of rooms and assist with the upkeep of the building and its gardens.

?? Ordering and oversight of Stock (Outside Caf??)

SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary will be in accordance with the apprenticeship award, aligned to the age of the candidate. This salary will be reviewed after completion of a 6-month probationary period.
Holiday plus time off in lieu, for additional hours worked. Plus, Bank Holidays for full time hours.

37.5 Hours per week - Flexible working
There is also a Level 3 Events Assistant Apprenticeship attached to this position. Not only will you be earning as you are learning, but you will also achieve a recognised qualification at the end of your apprenticeship, which should take 13-16 months to complete.
