What will the apprentice be doing?
Oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project from beginning to end. Site supervisors are required to keep within the timescale and budget of a project and manage any delays or problems encountered on-site during construction.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You'll spend three years studying towards your level 4 apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Whatever level of apprenticeship you complete, you'll begin your journey into site management within the Berkeley Group and, with experience, could progress on to becoming a Project Director
