Transport links are excellent with Bournemouth International airport, Cross-channel ferry terminals at Poole and direct train access to London.

Please note: all staff being recruited are expected to be available to work flexibly across all our Trust locations when service demands require it.

The Estates Department provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the Trust.

You must hold a recognised trade apprenticeship and a minimum qualification of Btec, ONC, HNC or similar certificate or equivalent qualification/experience and previous electro-mechanical maintenance experience would be advantageous as would being conversant with Health & Safety issues.

You must hold a current UK (manual) driving licence and reside within half an hour normal travel time to fulfil on-call duties.

The role is Monday - Friday with participation in an emergency on-call rota plus opportunities for overtime and weekend working.

£31,365 - £37,890 , plus local RRP £3,277 and approximate £1,000/ annum on-call retainer, overtime, 27 days holiday & voluntary pension scheme.
