Job Purpose:

The role of the Marketing Assistant is to assist the Marketing Team in the coordination, production and delivery of daily activities of the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Planning, concept development and execution of marketing campaigns in line with sales strategy

* Briefing in email and social media campaigns to Berkeley Group IT and assisting in management of production

* Maintaining development websites and property portals, ensuring all images, copy, prices and sales messages are up to date

* Regularly updating news features on website in line with launches, promotional events and achievements such as award successes

* Support of brand development, assistant in writing briefs, research and reviewing presentations

* Ensuring all PPC ad copy is updated in line with current advertising messages and availability

* Co-ordination of development sales events

* Co-ordination of stock plot dressing, taking briefs from Sales and managing them through to completion with external consultants

* Collation and production of monthly reports of the marketing activity

* Maintaining development reporting schedules such as PMV A3's, International Calendar etc. where appropriate

* Analysis of reports and spotting key trends and considerations

* Day to day liaison with the sales teams to ensure that they are fully stocked with brochures and other marketing collateral

* Liaising with the signage agency on hoarding/signage graphics on developments including regular site visits to ensure quality

* Assistance with briefing PR stories and reviewing press releases

* Assist with production of award entries

* Entry and diarisation of advertising on the C360 and calendar prior to publication

* Booking, coordination and assistance of development photography

* Coordinate the shipment of brochures, model and other marketing material for overseas exhibitions

* Maintain schedules for marketing activity, awards, contacts, agency rosters

* Maintaining the Marketing Inventory to ensure stock levels of marketing collateral are always monitored

* Departmental filing both paper based and electronic (shared drive) ensuring that all collateral produced is saved in a central location

* Purchase Order raising and receipting inline Marketing Managers

Technical Competencies:

* Strong administrative skills

* Previous experience within the property sector / keen interest within residential development

* Building good working relationships with sales team

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Person Specification:

* Good organisational skills, including attention to detail and determination to see things through;

* Professional approach with a degree of discretion;

* Team player with can do attitude.

Please note our standard working hours are 8am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday
