We are looking for a methodical, self-organisedindividual with excellent attention to detail who has excellent skills in MS Office.

What you'll be doing:
  • Updating our CRM from PDF, Word and Excel documents
  • Ongoing reviews on the completeness and accuracy of our business data
  • Extracting and manipulating data for BI reporting
  • Formatting data in readiness for uploading to our systems
  • Ensuring our data integrity and compliance by undertaking regular checks
  • Supporting our marketing team with regular data updates
  • Supporting our team by undertaking general day-to-day activities

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Demonstrable administrative / data management skills
  • Strong I.T skills, in particular MS Excel
  • Experience of using MS Excel functions
  • Some exposure to website CMS and HTML
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Tenacious, organised, self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys contributing to the success of the team
  • Fantastic attitude and work ethic with a real desire to succeed
  • Highly flexible, comfortable working on your own initiative and to short deadlines

Desired qualifications

Essential:
  • Minimum of five GCSE (or equivalent) including maths and English at grade 5 or above
  • Achieved/predicted to achieve a minimum of grades A*-C from your top 3 A-Levels (or equivalent), not including general studies

Desirable:
  • A qualification in IT / Computing
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry
