Things to consider
Salary paid will be:
- Working under supervision deliver administrative processes to a high standard to ensure the efficiency and quality of the service delivered.
- Working under supervision, complete all allocated tasks in accordance with your team's agreed policies, procedures, standards and timescales.
- Working under supervision, maintain records and systems and ensure the safe and timely destruction of information according to local guidelines.
- Comply with agreed processes and systems to record information and data to enable accurate and timely reporting for business planning and performance management.
- Deal with customer enquires in an effective and timely manner.
Key Training Responsibilities:
- Listen to and adhere to the support and guidance provided by your mentor, manager, or the management team.
- Review and complete Apprentice milestones on time, updating records to evidence progress.
- Comply fully with the Apprentice Contract Agreement.
- Complete the Level 4 Commercial Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship.
Key Training Outcomes:
- Experience of delivering commercial support service in a service delivery environment and understand budgets
- Understand the sub-contractor process and content of commercial contracts.
- Positive working relationship with colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to produce high quality documentation which is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Guinness systems with understanding of how to process data and record correctly and securely in accordance with GDPR.
- Understand the importance of good customer service.
