You'll be responsible for:
  • Supporting the operations help desk with data-related requests and routine activities
  • Supporting the data design and migration to Dataverse for Teams* from SharePoint lists
  • Managing and creating standard and bespoke Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple data sources to analyse datasets and forecast future scenarios
  • Using Power Automate to manage, manipulate, extract data, and execute business processes
  • Assisting with design and development of Power Apps
  • Reviewing data-related company policies and assisting with adherence
  • Collating customer datasets related to a particular sales product we offer and analysing the data
  • Monitoring data to ensure it meets our minimum data quality standards
  • Assisting with capturing new data and business requirements from across the organisation
  • Documenting our data architecture and topography and maintaining data registers
  • Identifying opportunities for continual improvement and innovation within the operations team and how we manage our data


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Deep experience in Microsoft Excel and using it to analyse and manipulate data using formulae
  • An understanding of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • The ability to present data in a user-friendly format, and contribute to the front-end design of user facing apps
  • The ability to comfortably engage with senior stakeholders and end users

Desired qualifications

To be an Data Analyst Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with a minimum of 5 GCSE's of which maths & English Language are essential. and / or equivalent qualifications e.g. A-Levels or a Level 3 Apprenticeship.
