They're now looking for ambitious graduates to join their Sales and Marketing team as a Business Development Manager. Graduate Business Development Manager Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP24,000

Graduate Business Development Manager Role:

Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies for winning new business in line with the companies established business plan
Develop prospects from marketing qualified leads, through to implementation and the successful wining of business
Proactively perform consultative selling via phone calls, emails and social channels, targeting key decision makers at a senior level in enterprise companies
Identify and generate leads and sales through the existing Key Account Management framework
Create and maintain strong partnerships with existing customers
Manage the company CRM system, reporting activity, sales and marketing data and potential client needs in a timely and accurate manner
Attend trade conferences and exhibitions on behalf of the company, promoting the business and building the sales pipeline
Graduate Business Development Manager Requirements:

Educated to degree level
A full, clean UK driver's license
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must be able to communicate effectively on all levels
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise your time and workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
