A significant opportunity exists for someone interested in a career in project management and management to join the staff team reporting directly to the Principal and Chief Executive of the Weston College Group.

The successful candidate will experience the cut and thrust of running one of the largest College's in the United Kingdom and will have exposure to strategic planning and analysis, corporate decision research, human resource planning, financial planning and marketing of key events.

The Principal Dr Paul Phillips is seeking ambitious individuals who are keen to develop a career in projects and management and at the same time ready to achieve further and relevant qualifications.

This apprenticeship opportunity is not for the faint hearted but will suit someone with the ambition and personality to work on a diverse range of projects.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Desired qualifications

Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A* - C (9-4) or equivalent including English and maths at grade B/C (5) or above

Desirable criteria - Ideally you would also hold an A Level or equivalent in a Business-related qualification

Future prospects

This role will also join the 'Future Talent' programme at Weston College, where permanent opportunities are available for future careers.
