Practice Manager Lead

This is a unique opportunity to develop the Paramedic workforce across Primary Care in Suffolk and North East Essex.

The post holder will be an experienced Practice Manager with a passion to grow and develop the role across Primary Care. The aim is to develop career pathways, support ongoing training and development for existing staff and create new innovative ways into the job role. This will include supporting the training and development of the wider administration staff working in Primary Care and supporting apprenticeships and other employment programmes.

As part of the wider HEEoE Primary Care School you will work with colleagues regionally to share best practice and seek opportunities to work collaboratively to develop and support Primary Care workforce.

The post holder will support the Suffolk and North East Essex Training Hub to implement HEEoE Primary Care School Quality Framework to manage clinical students and Apprenticeship placements in the General Practice setting. To support co-ordination and quality management of education and training provision, support clinical placements for students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and provide leadership and effective role modelling for the delivery of team based high quality patient services.

This is a fixed term contract for 2 years.
