We are seeking to complement our office team based at our design & manufacturing site in Grantham with the appointment of an apprentice administrator. Our busy office in Grantham provides vital support to the wider design & manufacturing operation. The Office Administrator (apprenticeship) RoleThe Administrator is a key part of what we do as a business, whereby providing accurate, crucial information for Management, Planning, Production and Maintenance teams. This fast-paced, multi-faceted role will see you handling and processing several transactions across several key functions within the business. The role will therefore ideally suit someone with strong IT/admin skills who is keen to forge an administrative career with some technical elements. Office Administrator (apprenticeship) Key Duties
Administration of works orders, drawings, HR paperwork, H&S paperwork, manual purchase orders, KPIs, Planned Preventative Maintenance Records/Checks and Quality complaints
Providing internal support, handling queries/enquiries over the phone & via email
Using a range of internal systems (full training provided)
Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, procurement, and sales
Working closely with and supporting the Production & Maintenance teams

We ask for strong computer literacy (MS Office), effective communication skills (including effective telephone manner) & strong attention to detail. As this is an apprenticeship contract, you must be happy to commit to a 12-month (approx.) learning plan.
