Desired qualifications

NTU standard entry requirements shown below plus a full UK driving licence.

Applicants for this course will need to meet the standard BSc (Hons) Real Estate FT/SW entry qualifications.
  • • A levels -BBC; or
  • • BTEC Extended Diploma -DMM; or
  • • 120 UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications; and
  • • GCSEs -English and maths grade C/4 or equivalent

Course Structure Entry Requirements:

Applicants applying without A-levels will have their qualifications assessed for subject compatibility.

All successful applicants must meet the criteria for Apprentices set by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).Other relevant or prior experience may also be considered as an alternative. NTU will liaise with the employer to determine their requirement.

5 years is a big commitment, and you should definitely be sure that a career in surveying and valuation is for you.

Surveying can be a lonely profession at times so consider whether you are comfortable spending large chunks of your working day working solo.

There is a certain amount of physical work involved including use of ladders and measuring equipment.
