Desired qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level(grades BCC) or an equivalent (e.g. BTECDMM).
They also need GCSE Mathematics and English Language (gradeA*-C / 9-4) or equivalent - or must complete Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications alongside the apprenticeship. There are no additional charges for thesequalifications.
We will evaluate any applicants who do not have these qualifications but have relevantworkplaceexperience.

All our apprentices secure a permanent role. We have a proud record of progressing our apprentices to senior positions and support them to move between departments to enhance their careers.

The role:
- Design and code high-quality software solutions in a variety of languages, on top of a mixture of architectures and environmentsto deliver the best possible results
- Learn new technologies
- Deliver development tasks as assigned, following team best practices and process
- Work with the team to complete sprints
You will:
- Have a passion for tech and want to learn more - this includes the basics not just at the cutting edge
- Be able to demonstrate your commitment to studying while working
- Ideally have previous work experience (in any field) to demonstrate key skills for employment
- Not be afraid to think outside the box and challenge existing processes
- Innovate, get involved in R&D, attend and support hackathons and network within the industry
