What will the apprentice be doing?

As an Apprentice you will be involved in supporting works to be completed under the Essex Highways contract. Management of supply chain, ensuring timely assessments and payments are made, along with ensuring robust commercial processes are in place and being adhered to.

No two days will be the same as you spend time gaining hands on experience learning a variety of skills and knowledge and working towards a degree in Quantity Surveying and then a professional qualification.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This role offers a fully funded 5-year course leading to a degree in Quantity Surverying and then, Membership of a professional body.

Study will take place at Anglia Ruskin University in the form of block release.

Things to consider

Full driving licence or intention and ability to obtain a licence within a year of joining the organisation, due to the location of our sites across Essex.
