Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Creating/editing web pages to suit a design, using HTML and SCSS
- Using jQuery to build interactivity into a web page
- Creating responsive web pages
- Looking for & resolving front-facing bugs
- Using Django templating in HTML to display data sent from the back end
- Managing their codebase with Git
- Functional testing their new features
- Using tools such as Chrome Dev tools to test code & diagnose issues
- Managing their assigned feature tickets on the scrum board
- Communicating & collaborating with team lead & others in team
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Good HTML & CSS knowledge
- Good JavaScript knowledge & some knowledge of the jQuery framework
- Understanding of version control & Git
- Experience using the Windows CLI
- Good problem-solving skills
