Graduate Business Development Representative (French speaking) Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP35,000
Y1 OTE of up to GBP85,000!

Graduate Business Development Representative (French Speaking) Role:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Partner with the Account Executives to work strategically on an allocated target list of named accounts
Proactively generate new leads and opportunities for the business through targeted research, social selling and prospecting via phone calls and emails
Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to elicit discussions with senior stakeholders around their business needs, with the aim of booking qualified appointments- once you are comfortable in the role you will run some of the meetings you book!
Collaborate closely with the Sales Management teams to ensure the sales process is improved and streamlined
Effectively maintain the company CRM system, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities
Graduate Business Development Representative (French speaking) Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Fluent in both English and French to a business level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Driven and comfortable working in a sales environment
Computer literate
Organised, with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
