Duties

• Supporting the Director in various roles within the office
• Answering phone calls, responding to online messages, responding to emails.
• Delivering excellent customer service, dealing with customer questions and enquiries.
• Assisting with the online client booking system.
• Assisting with client hosting on operational days.
• Maintaining a high level of record keeping and ensuring clear audit trails for all correspondence.
