An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the COVID -19 Vaccination Data Resolution Service as a Team Leader.

The successful candidates will proactively supervise Vaccination Data Resolution Service Staff to improve and maintain a high standard of response to deliver excellent Service to citizens, ensuring performance in an efficient, effective and professional manner, in accordance with Trust Policy, performance objectives, national standards, KPIs and local initiatives, in accordance with systems and procedures.

Responsible for responding to calls from the general public who require amendments to their COVID-19 Vaccine Status. Using a range of databases and web-based applications to investigate errors and make amendments.

To oversee the use of resources (people and equipment) in an efficient and effective manner in response to requests from the public.

The post holders must be passionate about their subject, ambitious and with a strong desire to enhance the delivery within the service and must demonstrate a clear vision of how this post will contribute to the achievement of the Trust and to support its values of caring, team working, improvement and professionalism.

As a Team Leader you will be managing the team of call agents working remotely, you will need to develop the team to ensure that the service adheres to the quality standards for Vaccination Data Resolution Service

You will act as a positive role model to all staff within the service

Initially this role is offered as a Fixed Term until Jan 2022 .
