An apprenticeship opportunity has arisen with our client based in North End. The Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) will be part of a dedicated sales team to ensure customer service standards are high at all times and sales administration is managed and kept up to date. This is a varied and interesting job role within a busy independent estate agents. This role will enable you to grow, enhance your knowledge within the industry and take the first steps on the career business and sales ladder.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) to kickstart their career in property, estate agency and lettings. If successful, there may be the opportunity for long term employment for the suitable candidate. This role offers promising career progression and additional training / qualifications will available within the industry sector.

Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

The Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) will be responsible for:

Face to face contact with potential clients
Making and receiving telephone calls
Filing of property and client details
Updating company database
Taking photos of properties
Showing clients around properties
Other general administration dutiesEssential Skills

It is essential that the Administrator Apprentice (Customer Service Negotiator) is able to interact well with people and work as part of a team. Other essential qualities include:

Being able to follow and carry out simple instructions
Excellent communication skills both, written and verbal
Able to work under pressure and to agreed time scales
Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
Good time keeping
Hungry to succeedDue to frequent travel to different property sites, the apprentice must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.
