Opportunity for a graduate technical administrator to join a global manufacturing company that has been trading for over 70 years. They have 10+ sites around the world and are a market leader for the technology they provide delivering bespoke solutions for a wide variety of customers and sectors.
You will work as part of the engineering team providing support relating to document control and assisting in the updating and creation of manuals for products and documents to assist the manufacturing team.
Graduate technical administrator responsibilities will include:
Creation and maintenance of product manuals (relating to installation and maintenance)
Create manufacturing documentation and procedures for internal manufacturing use
Producing and maintaining standard documentation to ISO 9001 requirements
Receiving Engineering BOM's and upload into systems
Handling general engineering administration work on an occasional basis
Liaising with all internal staff (sales, engineering, production, service, etc.) to ensure accuracy of data in documentationTo apply for the graduate technical administrator position, you will need:
A degree level qualification, ideally in a subject such as engineering, science, geography, history, etc.
Strong computer skills (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, etc.)
High levels of attention to detail and accuracyIn return, the graduate technical administrator will receive a salary of GBP16,000-GBP20,000 (dependent on experience) + a potential annual bonus of up to 10%, pension, private healthcare, etc.
