Graduate Business Development Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP22,000
Y1 OTE of up to GBP30,000

Graduate Business Development Executive Role:

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Use research techniques to generate leads, and perform proactive prospecting via phone calls and emails to create initial interest in the company offering
Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining relationships, ensuring renewal and escalating potential issues to the appropriate teams
Assist in working on joint projects with the Commercial Team and attend external meetings with them when necessary
Support the Marketing Team with campaigns, social networking and exhibitions
Create a comprehensive and detailed monthly sales report
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all client information and sales activity is input in an accurate and timely manner
Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel on occasion for business meetings
Computer literate
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
