What will the apprentice be doing?
The role is to learn to be a Design Coordinator with a view to provide an effective and efficient service in this role. To assist in providing the technical information required from appraisal to the adoption of schemes. Gain experience in all aspects of the Design Coordinators role. Study towards a Level 4 Design & Build Technician qualification (3 year qualification)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Commit to work towards Level 4 Design & Build Technician (3 year qualification) - Delivered by Wolverhampton College - one day per week at the college.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once the qualification is completed you will be looking to go on to permanent employment at Bromford Housing Group Ltd.

In order to meet the entry requirements for the qualification the proposed apprentices must be aged 18 years. Driving preferable (though not essential in first instance - be working towards having a full UK driving licence) Be able to complete a Basic DBS check
