Main role / Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategy with social media at the core to align with our business goals and objectives
  • Manage all social media channels and own content and content strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs, set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) including social media and mailing.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, events and competitions
  • Monitor our web metrics and understand the ROI of social media using tools such as google analytics & call tracking
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Present strategy to management and report on progress on a regular basis
  • Working across a range of marketing channels including, but not limited to inbound and outbound marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, paid search advertising, social media marketing, affiliate marketing and direct marketing

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to create ideas and develop projects using own initiative whilst working within an outline framework
  • Experience with MailChimp or similar software
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Interest in photography
  • Experience using WooCommerce, Shopify, eBay and Amazon Seller Central
  • Working knowledge of social media channels

Entry requirements:
  • 2 A-level passes or equivalent Level 3 qualification

English language requirements:
