What will the apprentice be doing?
As an Audit Trainee, you will help investors and stakeholders to better understand the financial performance of their businesses. Working with a variety of clients- from SME's and family-owned businesses through to large corporate and not-for-profit organisations, you will provide professional advice to add real value to their businesses.
You will be given early responsibility from day one and will have the opportunity to really understand how your client's businesses operate and the challenges that they face, so having a strong commercial mindset is vital for this role.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Recognised as an ICAEW Partner in Learning, you will study for the ACA qualification as part of a Level 7 Apprenticeship, to help you develop the wide-ranging skills needed to become a talented business adviser. You will be supported to complete a wide range of professional and personal development throughout your apprenticeship, both remotely and face to face, to ensure that you have skills and knowledge that you need to aid your future career development.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Qualified Accountant, Manager and in the future maybe even a Partner
