- Gather Requirements
- Design solutions from the requirements gathered
- Map these requirements to solutions in Dynamics 365
- Support existing customers, be able to take information and work on problems
- Take calls from customers and log into the internal system
- Create formal documents from information gathered to present to customers and/or colleagues
- Programming work using C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Typescript, JSON, HTML5, MVC, Bootstrap
