Core responsibilities:
  • Approach potential new customers via telephone with the aim of winning new business
  • Provide Quotations and offers to customers
  • Work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible from customers both internal and external, UK or internationally
  • Provide exemplary after-sales care to ensure return business
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our products
  • Work with the sales team to hit monthly sales targets providing an opportunity to earn uncapped commission for yourself
  • Produce regular reports to identify sales patterns & opportunities
  • Source products for the sales team at the best price and quality on offer
  • Utilise social media outlets such as LinkedIn to build a client base
  • Make the most of your Apprenticeship by attending all meetings and training relating to the scheme and take full advantage of the learning opportunities available to you.
  • Commit to and maximise the use of 20% of working hours provided for "off the job" training
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic, flexible, and resilient attitude when dealing with both customers & colleagues
  • Make suggestions for improving the way we work using your skills and knowledge which youbring to this role
