What will the apprentice be doing?
The Building Information Coordinator Apprentice will develop prefessionally to work within the specialist information environments used by the University Estates Office (BIM, CDE and CAFM) under the supervision of the BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Digital Assets as well as the MIS (Management Information Systems) Teams, supporting Data and BIM Management across the Estates department. This role is key to supporting the development of the BIM and Information management areas.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Appretices will achieve the Information Manager Level 4 apprenticeship standard. Training will be a mix of online delievery and face to face delivery at our providers campus in London. Travel expenses will be covered by the University.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Apprentices who successfully complete may progress into an Information Management role within the Estates department or wider University.
