As part of our newly created apprenticeship scheme we are now seeking 4 apprentices to join our regional division across the following disciplines:
  • Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
  • Apprentice Land buyer
  • Apprentice Development Manager
  • Apprentice Site Manager

The main duties and tasks of a Construction Site Supervisor are:
  • Supervision of specialist contractors
  • The control of health and safety standards on construction projects
  • Recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project
  • The minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects
  • Control of quality of works on a construction project
  • Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project

Our apprenticeship programme is an opportunity to join the UKs leading retirement builder, gaining qualifications, skills and industry experience whilst you earn. You will study for a recognised qualification in your chosen career through day or block release to college. The programme consists of a rotation through our departments, so that you get a rounded knowledge and experience of the industry, how different teams interact and support each other.To set you up for success, throughout the programme you will get support from your manager, a work place mentor, and your fellow apprentices along with development in topics such as team work and leadership from the talent and learning team.

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English and maths at grades A-C/9-5(achieved or predicted)
  • A Level or equivalent Level 3 Course at A-C/9-5 (achieved or predicted)
