- Liaising with all internal departments to co-ordinate elements of the contract.
- Arranging and co-ordinating installation teams and wiring/commissioning teams.
- Arranging and co-ordinating support services required during the contract; such as transportation and hire equipment.
- Providing administration assistance for elements of the project.
- Collating financial performance of contracts and providing feedback for future contracts.
Taking overall responsibility / management of smaller contracts by:
- Liaising with the customer and their agents on all elements of the contract.
- Having responsibility for the Health & Safety of external sites.
- Providing the necessary site supervision required for contracts.
- Visiting sites to progress contracts and troubleshoot problems.
Acting as quality agent/inspector for the site works and supporting documentation
