Assisting the Project Manager organise contracts by:
  • Liaising with all internal departments to co-ordinate elements of the contract.
  • Arranging and co-ordinating installation teams and wiring/commissioning teams.
  • Arranging and co-ordinating support services required during the contract; such as transportation and hire equipment.
  • Providing administration assistance for elements of the project.
  • Collating financial performance of contracts and providing feedback for future contracts.

Taking overall responsibility / management of smaller contracts by:
  • Liaising with the customer and their agents on all elements of the contract.
  • Having responsibility for the Health & Safety of external sites.
  • Providing the necessary site supervision required for contracts.
  • Visiting sites to progress contracts and troubleshoot problems.

Acting as quality agent/inspector for the site works and supporting documentation
