What will the apprentice be doing?
Outline of responsibilities:-
Responsible for servicing existing customers and help to generate new business
Accurately identify customer requirements
Process parts orders efficiently
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new or updated parts (Training will be provided)
Outline of requirements:You should be able to work on your own, show initiative and communicate with customers and colleagues in a respectful manner. Customer service and inter-personal skills are vital. You must be ambitious, ready to take on new challenges and be a quick learner.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Sales executive level 4 apprenticeship training.
Weekly training for a few hours one day a week, via online learning which can be done in the office, based in Wembley.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You would be hired full time after the apprenticeship with a view to become a full time Sales Advisor, and later a Sales Manager
