Principally:

The main duties will be website administration, monitoring and archiving of data in a secure environment. Other duties include providing 1st line support and technical investigations for helpdesk enquiries. There may also be some involvement in web coding and database development dependent on individual skills and aptitude.

Website & portal administration:
  • Cleansing of data for supplier price file and allergy uploads. Ensuring supplier changes are populating down through auto-update procedures to keep recipes up to date
  • Manage daily/Weekly/Monthly archiving of accrued data
  • Daily monitoring of API connections and sanitising of change data (client allergies etc.)
  • Monitoring of EDI systems, archiving of data & processing of orders
  • Processing of transaction reversals and refund requests
  • Batch updating of recipe data for forthcoming menu changes
  • Processing 1st line support and helpline requests

Other duties:

Liaising with internal procurement and operations departments, providing system updates/feedback and reporting requests. Liaising with external mobile data providers and contractors in procurement, configuration and deployment of location hardware such as tablets & phones.
