Our Commitment to you is to help you gain a Level 3 Business Administration Standard within an 18-month contract. Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week with a salary at national minimum wage.

As part of the apprentice programme you will learn in the workplace and also have off the job training.

We are looking for an apprentice to work in the People and Innovation Directorate within our organisation. The directorate has responsibility for communications, engagement and inclusion, human resources, and organisational development so there is a breadth of work for you to get involved in.

Your Line manager and mentor will be assigning your work and will be available to support you to get all the experience you need. You will also have the opportunity to work with external partners on innovation and delivery (Health Informatics Services/Research and Development) and development and digital enablement.

To qualify for the apprenticeship role the minimum criteria is:-
  • that you must have GCSE in English and Maths or be prepared to work towards gaining these as part of your apprenticeship course
  • have not completed an apprenticeship at the same level and sector in the past
  • do not have a Degree in a similar or same subject
  • be between the ages of 16-67
