Our Commitment to you is to help you gain a Level 3 Business Administration Standard within an 18-month contract. Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week with a salary at national minimum wage

As part of the apprentice programme you will learn in the workplace and also have off the job training.

We are looking for 3 apprentices to join the Integration and Transformation Directorate (I&T Directorate) and become part of our team. You would be working on various administration tasks and discrete projects with support and guidance from your line manager and mentor to ensure you get the experience you need. The I&T Directorate works collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and organisations within the area to design and implement services for the people of Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. Our Directorate is dynamic, and patient focused. You will form relationships with GP practices, Leicester Partnership Trust, University Hospitals of Leicester and EMAS amongst others which will give you an understanding of how the health system in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland works. This position will provide a range of experience to give you the best opportunities for your future career.

To qualify for the apprenticeship role the minimum criteria is:-
  • that you must have GCSE in English and Maths or be prepared to work towards gaining these as part of your apprenticeship course
  • have not completed an apprenticeship at the same level and sector in the past
  • do not have a Degree in a similar or same subject
  • be between the ages of 16-67
