We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our team!

Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Advisor
Role: Full Time
Location: Nelson
Salary: From GBP13,000- GBP15,000 depending on qualifications/experience

What you will be doing

* Providing a high-level end-to-end customer service to our customer base through verbal, written and online communication.

* Creating and maintain excellent relationships with customers, third parties and internal stakeholders

* Acting and deliver in a manner that aims to reduce customer dissatisfaction and complaint - seek out opportunities and overcome challenges through perseverance and commitment to resolution that will drive customers to believe our Customer Services team take ownership seriously

* Performing against individual and team targets which are based upon ensuring communications is handled in a timely and appropriate manner

* Coordinating and work closely with internal teams and departments to deliver upon wider business and service level objectives.

* Showing ownership for all matters raised through Customer Service ensuring they are handled, owned and where necessary processes and controls are raised to ensure service improvement.

* Strong skills of articulation and the ability to transcribe, ensuring effective communication through email, system, and portal updates
