Business Development Executive Package:

- A competitive basic salary of GBP24,000-GBP25,000
- Y1 OTE of up to GBP35,000!

Business Development Executive Role:

- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities through research techniques, profiling and marketing
- Proactively perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social selling, building initial relationships with key decision makers and creating an interest in the company offering
- Book meetings with key stakeholders for senior members of the sales team- you will eventually shadow team members on these meetings to better understand the sales cycle and gain exposure to clients
- Engage with virtual teams to help support and manage demand generation
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and met and being creative and consultative in your sales process to seek any up-sell opportunities

Business Development Executive Requirements:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Resilient and results driven
- IT literate
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
