Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing staff and their rotas
  • Dealing with new staff training
  • Working with a small team of production operators (5-7 people)
  • Managing the production according the orders
  • Inventory control, stock control
  • Ensuring quality standards health and safety of our product
  • Salsa certificate and Gluten Free Certificate achievement
  • Oversee that the machines are working correctly, including daily set up and monitoring, as well as regular maintenance

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as food Operation Manager will be a plus
  • Able to work in a high responsibility and fast-paced environment
  • Previous food production experienced required

Other information:
  • Normal working hours are 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday. Extended hours may be required sometimes to meet deadlines. Expect to work around 40 hours per week on average
  • Location of work SW17, London
